Responsibilities
  • Create intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces for Web & Mobile apps.
  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components) & Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing case studies (Web & Mobile).
  • Availability for daily stand-ups and overlap hours.
Responsibilities
  • Bid management on portals like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, LinkedIn.
  • Write custom, persuasive proposals for Web & Mobile App projects.
  • Handle initial client communication and requirement gathering.
  • Close deals and hand over to the technical team.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in IT bidding/sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket clients ($2k+ projects).
  • Excellent written English and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding of Web/Mobile stacks is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Perform Manual & Automated testing for Web and Mobile applications.
  • Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Execute API testing using Postman.
  • Collaborate with devs to reproduce bugs and verify fixes.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of QA experience.
  • Proficiency in Selenium/Cypress and Manual Testing.
  • Experience with Jira/Trello bug tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and regression testing skills.
